what do you guys think about this build and what do you think I should change about it to make it cheaper, but still have similar performance?

It's pretty good, you may want to add a cpu cooler so you can overclock the CPU though.

Get a 270 and overclock it
Get cheaper WiFi adapter

Avoid the cosair CX series
