Is This a good gaming PC build?

I'm building a gaming PC and I was wondering if you guys would change anything on it. Im going for a red and black theme and id prefer to stay around $1200 but could go up a bit if its worth it. I wanted to go with the custom loop water cooling because im planning on doing some serious overclocking. I found those custom part prices at the micro center by my house.

Looks like a great build to me, I might recommend more than 4GB's of RAM but other than that I see no problem with it.

What kind of display are you planning on using with this build?

It does have 8GB of RAM and im getting a new one soon and dont know what one yet Might go with something like this:
