Well, you need a CPU, and since you didn't choose an overclocking motherboard, you can ditch the CPU cooler, or get one much cheaper (although the Intel stock cooler is a very quiet one).
you forgot the cpu and as for heatsink I recommend this http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hydro-series-h50-quiet-cpu-cooler. Although this option might not be any better than a regular air cooler. This route would give you the benefit of less heat production inside the case. And also gives you the possiblity of better overclock and underload temperature than a regular heat sink bc room temperature matters for air cooled.
