i would like to play rust , gta 5 , dayz and many more games will it handle modern games at ultra at good fps?

Well I'd change OS to W7 and PSU to some XFX 550W or EVGA supernova smth, get aftermarket cooler too if you wanna overclock that i5.
What is your budget? I'd personally invest a little more in a better mobo and PSU. I have the MSI Z97 Gaming 5 mobo. It's about $40 more than what you picked and I love it. I believe it was a top pick from Tom's also. The few customer reviews I've seen for that Guard-Pro has been mostly positive though. I'd look into the HX series if you want to stick with Corsair and at least a semi modular version. Take a look below, it was recently updated.
