Case fans:120mm Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Case Fan Twin Pack
OS: windows 8.1 64bit

I would not use that liquid cooler myself. And I would not get Corsair SP's as case fans. They are build for radiators. Save money on fans and the liquid cooler and jump the R9 290 to a gtx 970.

The noctua nh-d15 will provide better cooling for cheaper and be even quieter. But it is still expensive. You may want to go with a cooler master hyper 212 evo which is very cheap and boasts amazing results!

It is very similar. The thermaltake macho is a good one too.
