Hello, this is just a Build I put together with a friend, I just wanted to make sure it was good for the Price before I went out and bought it! Any suggestions that would make it better would be appreciated! Thank you

Looks good, the one thing I'd change is that 280 to a gtx 960, this coming from a guy with a 290x. The reason I say this is 960's can be found for under $200 and there perform close to if not better than a 280x. Not to mention cooler temperatures and better feature set.
