[strike]I can't see any problems with the part list. Maybe you would want to include a couple of intake fans to keep it cool? It seems a good gaming PC build as well.[/strike] I recommend you taking a peep at this website: http://anandtech.com/show/8568/the-geforce-gtx-970-review-feat-evga if you want to know what your GPU is capable of.

NOTE: The CPU contains integrated graphics. I'm not sure whether the dedicated GPU will automatically be configured as the main GPU. If this is the case, you should have no problems. If not, you will have to search on how to set the dedicated GPU as the main, and remove conflicts. I'm rising this warning as I have lately seen a post regarding such manner.
