Is everything alright here? Everything is compatible with everything?
Should I change anything? Is this a good build?

The only thing I would change is a z97 board if you intend to upgrade your cpu at a later date with a K version to overclock.... as it stands looks good.

I think this PC looks great. Only if you have some dollars left, I would invest in a ssd. A pc is much faster with it and the experience will be even better.
