okay, so I spent about a year doing research on parts/prices for my dream gaming pc. But I still have my doubts in my mind. I already bought my graphics card since that was the most expensive piece to my build and just wanted to get it out of the way since I had the money. So I want everyones opinion on my build and I want everyones opinions on my build and help to make it better (not trying to spend anymore than I already have planed haha). But there is some stuff I'm just concerned about.

Here is my build:
Motherboard: Asus Z170-A LGA 1151 intel z170 hdmi sata 6gb/s usb 3.1 usb 3.0

CPU: Intel Core I5-6600k 6m Skylake Quad-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1151 91w (This I'm probably gonna change to an i7 but I want an opinion for a good i7 for gaming if possible please?)

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4

Graphics Card: Asus Strix Geforce gtx 1080 ROG (this has already been bought I will not be changing this obviously haha.)

SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 2.5" 500GB

Hard Drive: WD Black 1TB Performance desktop Hard Disk Drive 7200RPM

Power Supply: EVGA Supernova GS 550w Power Supply (already purchased. I used a wattage calculator on another website to determine this I went a lil higher than what the actual wattage was going to be).

When I put this set up into a pc builder website it said I was missing a cpu cooler. But to be honest I wasn't 100% sure which one I needed so if it is possible to get some help with that it would be much appreciated!

and the case is the enermax ostrog amd fx ( this is something I can change if it will benefit my pc build much better) I just want some help making sure things will work together in harmony. Just worries me spending all this money and since its my first build kinda afraid of it not working together correctly. any tips and advice would be amazing thank you!

you might as well move up a generation for a 7600K or 7700K and Z270 board -- minimal price difference and the chips are a little faster,

The K-series chips don't come wth a cooler, so you have to buy one.

Id get an SSD (256 GB minimum)

and 32 GB is probably overkill for now, go with 16 GB.

Got any recommendations for an i7 that comes with a cooler ? And thank you for the advice!!

I'm not sure of any i7's that come with a cooler, but you can pick up a Hyper 212 EVO for about 30 dollars and it will keep your chip cool. I highly recommend buying the aftermarket cooler because of its low cost and efficiency.
