Yeah I know, I just want this comp to last me awhile so i think being able to OC will be best in the long run.

RX 480 Over GTX 1060

With new releases and triple AAA titles like BF4 and Doom support Vulcan and DX 12. Which is becoming more common. I'd recommend the RX 480 because it's better in the long run.
