1. mediocre PSU
2. Bad (for i7) motherboard
3. inadequate cooler
4. slow SSD.
5. 1080p@60Hz monitor.

This is a strong build.
Before people complain about GTX1080Ti and 1080p combo. I would recommend checking out the monitor I included. It is a high refresh rate 1080p G-Sync monitor which goes perfect with GTX1080Ti as user can enjoy high fps in games over longer period of time which makes gaming experience a lot smoother and enjoyable unlike the situation where GPU is not able to maintain that high performance after some time. I expect that answers all the questions.
