No it is not. Quite terrible for $764 actually.

Just to give you an idea how bad this is, you can probably find this online for $350 if all this stuff is separate. /r/hardwareswap has Haswell stuff for $150, I think. And GTX 750 costs $100 these days. The rest are easy to find for new.
