I have been planning to make myself a gaming PC for a while now and I have finally got the part list, I plan on ordering/building this in the next couple of months.

Why are you getting a K-series 2500K thats able to overclock but your mobo only has an H61 chipset that will not allow overclocking...

RAM : What RAM is "micro center", would not trust that at all.
PSU : Also a dodgy brand... Get a reliable brand of lower wattage, 700w is waaaayyy overkill...

I would recommend that you swap out the i5 2500k and H61 motherboard with an i5 3470 and an H77 motherboard. Get an AMD Radeon 7870 instead of the GTX 660, and change the RAM and Power Supply to a reliable brand like Corsair. You might go a little bit over your budget (might be close to 700 dollars), but it is better than cheaping out on parts. Alternatively, you could go for a Radeon 7850 or an i3 processor if my previous suggestion is too much
