Is this a good gaming PC setup?

So what do you guys think? Should I be able to max at most games at 1080p? Feel free to put in some suggestions if you can think of any. Im trying to keep my budget below $1200 and all of these plus tax and shipping on Newegg is around $1150.

some people may suggest u to get a 4570k and a 760 gtx.
But personally, I say this is the best.

look, just a year old cpu dosent matter and dont think lga 1155 is goin to be dead. because it runs all the IVY bridges!!.
and u know how much ivy has caused a revolution. Nobody expected it to be that fast. And comparing to 4G pro, yes, haswell is fast but the gradient is much much lower than ivy.

but still, if u r afraid of a dead port(Which i am not) then get d 4570k.No offence.

and also, may be 4X2 mem will give u a slight(really slight) better perf than 8X1 but sure 8X1 will provide u to have greater room for upgradation.

Yeah I have looked at plenty of comparisons between the two and the 4570k doesnt seem like it performs that much better honestly. And the think about the dead socket, I don't really care about that too much. I dont plan to upgrade for quite a while after I build this PC. Also, the thing about the ram, the Mobo has 4 ram slots and the most ram I would probably get would be 16 gigs and there is plenty of room for that.
