Is this a good gaming PC setup?

So what do you guys think? Should I be able to max at most games at 1080p? Feel free to put in some suggestions if you can think of any. Im trying to keep my budget below $1200 and all of these plus tax and shipping on Newegg is around $1150.

Yeah I have looked at plenty of comparisons between the two and the 4570k doesnt seem like it performs that much better honestly. And the think about the dead socket, I don't really care about that too much. I dont plan to upgrade for quite a while after I build this PC. Also, the thing about the ram, the Mobo has 4 ram slots and the most ram I would probably get would be 16 gigs and there is plenty of room for that.
