[SOLVED] Is this a good Gaming PC to buy ?

GPU - GT 1030
CPU Cooler - Game Max Gamma 500 Blu
RAM - 8 GB RGB 3000
Motherboard - A320 colorful
Hard Disk 1 - SSD 120gb
Hard Disk 2 - Toshiba 7200 1 TB
Power : 450W

I found this PC in the market. They said this is a gaming PC works for all games in high performance.
My question is how good is this PC in playing video games, Streaming, designing, Photoshop, and all the other things that need a high performance ?
My budget is not that high and this PC have a nice price for $480 and my max budget is $530.

What is your recommendation for this PC ? and can I find a better one ?

I think you will be disappointed and I would try to up your budget just a little bit more to say something like this for a total of $589!!!! yes not far of at all and includes a Ryzen 2600 on a B450 Motherboard which means a great upgrade path and a RX 570 with decent DDR4 3200 RAM.... and RX 590 will take you to just above $630...
