I was want to be able to play games like battlefield 4 on max settings and was wondering if it is good enough

It most likely won't run well on maximum settings.
Medium - High settings should be fine though.

We don't know what BF4 will require, I'd consider waiting if you're worried about BF4. But if you need it now, it will be absolutely fine. Maybe get your hands on a 770 though.

Everything looks good but I would go for a better GPU if you could as above a GTX 770 would be better. I can't really say alot about the GTX 760 but my GTX 670 SLI setup does great in all games I have played so far and I think the GTX 670 is close to the GTX 770 so if you are wanting ultra/max settings that would be the one to get unless you can pick up a GTX 670 on the cheap.

The GTX 770 is really the same chip set used in the GTX 6xx so it is really just a sidegrade from what we already had.

As long as you dont go over a 1980x1080 Res, Then that should run stuff at max.

Graphics are very important, the build is good, but again stretching for a 770 will do wonders for you and if you need more horsepower, you can Sli it later.
