Tell me if this is good or bad and tell me if something there is not needed

What is on its label? If it is a cheap generic, treat it as no more than 70% of its label, or in this case a 490W PSU. It may be good for more, but it may not be, and cheap generic PSUs tend to lack protection circuits, so when they die they may take other parts with them. Does it have a little voltage switch on it? In most cases that would indicate an obsolete, inefficient, overrated unit that should not be trusted.

Your motherboard has 2x pcie slots, but 1 of them only runs in 4x mode, witch i dont prefer for sli or crossfire.

Also your motherboard only supports crossfire not sli, there is a mod called HyperSli witch enables sli on crossfire boards tought.

If i would be you i would buy 1 Gtx 770 whit that board, or buy a motherboard that has 2 pcie slots running in 8/8x mode, and supports sli.

Also if you prefer the SLI option you should get at least a quality 750w psu.

If your fine running future games on medium or high setting gtx 760 is a good choice indeed.

But if you look at Battlefield 4 recommended system reqs a graphic card whit 3gb memory is needed. in that case gtx 760 wont do the job on max settings.
