Is this a good gaming pc?

Solution

My budget is about 500-550ish. Anything much beyond that is out of the question. All I really want is a good graphics card and good processor. I don't need an I7 or anything just something that will play a game like Planet side 2 well. I also don't really know much about computers which is why I came here. For example I pretty much have no clue what a motherboard does. So can you help?

i'm extremly sorry but i don't know what is ISH?

I mean about $500 to $550.
