It will "run" just about any game, but you need to play on low settings for the high-end ones If you want good quality settings, for about the same price you can get a tier better system if you just get the parts and build it or have someone help you. You should be able to go up a tick or two in the video card and maybe get a good heatsink to overclock the CPU.

Depends on what you mean by "good." With that R7 card, it's probably a 270, you can play pretty much every single game. Maybe BF4 on high settings too. I only know this because thats extremely similar to what I am about to build.

P.S. That build would only cost you about $550 US dollars if you order the parts and make it yourself which isn't very hard. Anyone can do it.
