Is this a good gaming PC?

A few issues there... The B85 motherboard won't work with a Haswell Refresh CPU, rather the prior Haswell revision. Also the K series is for overclocking efforts (mostly) and should be paired with a Z97 motherboard to do so. For a PSU look first toward XFX or Seasonic, then Antec or EVGA if needed.

Awesome reply! I probably wont be overclocking anytime soon.. so will the non-overclocking build still be able to run games such as wow and csgo etc, on ultra without any problems?

Yep! The modern i5 (Haswell or Haswell Refresh) are very solid processors and don't exactly need to be overclocked to let "large" GPUs stretch their legs. You will have no issues with CPU performance or any type of bottlenecks on you your GTX 960 (or 970 / 980 for that matter). Overclocking would more come into play if you ran a pair of GPUs in SLI / CF or other very high demand situation.

Appreciate the help a lot man, just one last question though. I've already paid for and ordered an Aerocool X-Predator White Edition Full Tower Case ( https://www.ple.com.au/ViewItem.aspx?InventoryItemId=614050 ). All these components will still fit this case no problem? Just making sure because you changed the case before :)
