I have configured this pc and I was wondering if it is a good pc. it is not the exact components that I want but I want to know if it is a good pc for gaming and a future youtube channel. I will be playing high end games and will want good resolution and frame rate

Yeah what this man said is true. For youtube streaming having more than 4 cores is a must because it can do more work. If you were just gaming, getting a 4 core is plenty for today. Id recommend saving a little more for an FX 8320 and a hyper 212 which will keep it ice cold. (depening on your airflow and room temp)
Yeah, I would get at least a GTX 970 if you want to play high end games with high framerates, especially if you want to continue doing that for years to come. You could drop the CPU to the lowest i5 if you want to make up some of the price difference.

Do what he said.

Keep in mind that if he switches to an AMD CPU build he pretty much has to switch his entire build on CyperPower. Not saying that your advice is bad, but it is a bit more complex than just dropping to a lower intel chip.

I might be wrong since I don't use it personally, but doesn't Nvidia Shadowplay on the 970 record the video with almost no loss to FPS and without putting the load on the CPU?
