A few things...

MB - You have a Z97 motherboard (overclocking) paired with a locked CPU (non-overclocking). Look toward the H97 chipset for a non-overclocking motherboard. I look toward Gigabyte, ASUS or ASRock before MSI...
CPU - The 4570 is a revision back. Look toward the 4460 or 4590. The latter has a higher turbo speed.
PSU - The FSP Raider series has cheap capacitors and lack protection circuits (Tier 4 unit). Look toward XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list.
