Is this a good gaming PC?

Ok so here is a cool looking PC I choose on a price to performance basis. Is this a great setup?http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p

I plan to play the latest games on at least high with at least 40FPS. I have looked at the components in detail and they look to be good enough for such a task. Also, I am aware the PC won't be needing the fans (probably) but I plan to upgrade within, lets say, 2 years.
