That system is seriously underpowered for modern games. The platform is three years old, component selection is iffy, graphics card is low end and unless you have someplace else you plan to store game files, once you install Windows you're going to have about enough room for one or two games if you don't have any major applications installed. I realize the cost of parts is much higher in your country, but I'd seriously consider saving a while longer and then revisit the entire built.
The only way you're going to even get mediocre performance out of that system is by overclocking the CPU, which isn't going to happen without an aftermarket cooler, and dropping game settings to medium or low depending on the game title. That is not going to be a system that makes you very happy, especially considering the low end nature of the graphics card. Power supply is rather less reliable and capable than any gaming system ought to be using as well.
