Is it a prebuilt?
First thing would be to swap out the PSU for better. Then maybe a 200 series motherboard so that you don't have to flash a new bios on it with another cpu.

I don't know about the prices there, but i think that's an ok pc if psu is swapped for something better.

If you have the money, upgrading to a decent EVGA PSU, a B250 motherboard and 16GB of RAM then you have yourself a nice PC.
