I would use GSkill V series rather than the 4 series and you don't need a CPU cooler, the 6500 comes with one. I probably wouldn't have used that PSU, either. Rest looks good though. You might consider an ATX sized B150 motherboard. It only costs a few dollars more, has more SATA and USB ports, and will look better in that big case.
 
Full ATX motherboards typically don't have any more features than mATX boards and have a slight premium. The ATX form factor seems to be on its way out, so I'd suggest sticking with mATX. However, a B150 or H170 chipset will give you 2 more RAM slots, making upgrading cheaper and easier down the road.

As others have said, ditch the Raidmax power supply and don't buy a CPU cooler, but otherwise it looks solid. Can you budget in a small solid state hard drive?
