Is this a good gaming rig?

Hi all!
I am here to ask if this rig is good enough to last me quite sometime (say, about 2-3 years). Do tell me if there are errors or anything of that nature and if you want, suggest improvements. Oh and, I am on a budget, SGD2000, yes I am from Singapore. Many thanks for reading and hopefully, you'll give me some feedback.

Note: The SSD is only added about a month or two as I will be getting it in a PC show so it's cheaper, so it doesn't count towards the $2000.

nice looking rig. the 770 will be fine for quite some time at 1080p, you'll max out everything.

Search here for a quality psu. That one looks suspicious.

Does the Failtality board have a specific feature you want that the standard H87 doesn't? If not, save some money since the framerate and internet speed will be indistinguishable.

I will have to recheck the PSU again. My friend has it and did not experience any problems so far and plus, if I do pick a quality one, I will likely be over budget. For the motherboard, it is the cheapest one I could find over here. Thanks for the link and feedback though.
