Is this a good ,,Gaming rig,,

Solution

You are 100% correct; I did not research part(s) pricing admittedly... Hence...

PUBG? Well if you overclock it to as close to 4GHZ as you can and run Low settings you might manage to stay above 30fps.

Is this a good gaming PC for AAA titles? NO
Is this a good gaming PC for things like PoE, Diablo 3, LoL and Minecraft... yes

250 dollars isn't going to get you much when you looking at gaming.

Problems with that....prices almost all the components used are much more now especially GPU's.

lets look at individual cost
G4560 $55 used
Motherboard $50 used
RAM 8GB DDR4 $88
GPU decent enough to handle PUPG with more than 2GB of VRAM Atleast $80
...................
Your now out of Budget

You may be able to find a old Dell or HP business machine for around $150 with either a i5-2400 or LGA1366 Xeon and then drop another $120 for a RX 460 or 1050 GT.

You are 100% correct; I did not research part(s) pricing admittedly... Hence why I said "may" and advised to keep saving and (gulp) did not mention a console. Even those new "premium" lineups/top-shelf editions will skew $250 very easily.

I'd honestly suggest saving your money until you're able to afford something better - $250 will not go very these days, only thing you could possibly get a used, low end i3 system with that, but that's about it.
