Is this a good gaming setup?

I built this myself on nothing but research
My specs:
Cpu: i7 4790k OC-4.5Ghz liquid cooled w/ seidon 240M
Gpu: Gtx 7970
Ram: Corsair dominater 32Gb
Mobo: Maximus IV Extreme
SSD: 2Tb Seagate
Case: Phantom 410

Do you mean gtx 770? Overkill on the board and cpu, couldv'e went down a tier and used money on a better gpu, something that would've given you better settings at higher fps

It's a perfect gaming setup.
But you don't need the Dominator RAM.It's no different that the Vengeance RAM.
Other than that,it's great.
What PSU are you using?

Overkill on the cpu, motherboard and ram, you only need 8gb of ram unless you are planning on rendering and editing stuff.
