Is this a good gaming/streaming PC build?

I am going to start getting these parts so I can build my computer. I plan on gaming a fair amount (mainly League of Legends) and Streaming, also League of Legends. Will this be good for that?
I'd like to stay under $1000, this is right around 950

if you want to play power demanding games on max get a gtx 900 series or something with plenty of vram i play gta V on max and it recommends 2 GB and it takes up almost 4 GB of Vram
