Is this a good gaming/work build? $1200 to $1300 Budget

Evening, was wondering if this build is suitable for my budget of $1200 to $1300. I went for a complete package in terms of pricing. CPU and accessories.

Gaming wise, Skyrim, Guild Wars 2, Batman Arkham Origins, and etc. Work wise, word, web, and etc.

Questions

What would I expect at 1080p?
Is my PSU enough for the build?

I am by no means an expert on custom builds, but I would highly recommend a 4th gen Intel i5 haswell over your Ivy bridge. The 4670k is only 10 dollars more on newegg and is a godly cpu.

@Eric Jolly, I did look at the 4670k, sadly I'm unable to get it due to my budget maxed at $230 or $235 for any particular cpu.

Thanks for the link, I will consider the 4670k, but most likely may stay with the 3570k due to it fits my budget more just in case it goes on sale and when its not on sale.

I'm pretty sure the Intel CPU is better for gaming as games don't use that many cores. This is why we didn't suggest an AMD build.

Sure the Intel will perform better than AMD in games but The difference is only visible enchmarks not in real world unless you can see the downs between 55 and 60fps.

However I think 8320/w Gtx 770 will be more beneficial for gaming then i5 /w 760
