Is this a good gpu temp?

My gpu is overclocked to 1280 mhz and the ram is overclocked to 6.2 ghz.

My idle temp is about 28 c
My load temp (tested with farcry 4 at ultra) is about 57 c

Are these good temps?

These temps were tested with 1 monitor @ 1080p and 1 monitor @ 900p

Farcry 4 was running on the 1080p with ocguru 2 on the 900p monitor.
