Is this a Good Graphics Card? Possibly?

NO. It is not a good GPU. Integrated Graphics cards are hardly ever good. They are just there to give you basic display and maybe even run very light applications involving good graphics. For any heavy/intensive graphics programs games it is useless and you will have to buy a standalone graphics card.

YES.
It is very easy to install indeed.
All you need to check is if your motherboard has a PCIe slot.
You just have to put it in the slot and press. it will automatically click to know that it is locked.
