Is this a good graphics card?

hi, I am wanting to either buy a gaming Pc or build one. my friend has recently built one and is selling it at £300, here are the specs
Processor: AMD FX - 4 4100 Bulldozer @3.6Ghz
RAM: 6GB
HDD: 500GB
I am not sure on the motherboard but it is good enough
GPU: AMD Sapphire 6670

I would like to know if that GPU is good enough to run minecraft/tekkit/ftb/hexxit on high settings without any lag and whether it is good enough to run games such as Saints Row 4, GTA 5 (When it comes out) and Garrys Mod (All on medium settings or above).

For minecraft, i think you will be fine, but for high demanding games like GTA 5, you will not be able to play it. 6670 is weak card, plus paired with FX 4100, you will not get good results

Yeah thanks for giving me that build. If I was going to build my own I was going to get the AMD Sapphire 7770 with the FX 4100
My budget is £350 (getting monitor for XMAS, so yeah)
