Is this a good GTX 770 overclock?

This card is hella loud though..

I stress tested for only 40 minutes with FurMark, is that ok?

The card shouldnt be that loud, but that overclock is fairly good, and you could probably get higher if you wanted to increase voltages, and your temps are fine

Agreed, the GTX 770 should be relatively quiet, even under load. Are you sure it isn't you CPU fan cranking up when benchmarking? How hot is your CPU getting?

It's the GPU, when I put my finger on the right side fan by the power-in, the noise stops.

I just used the Motherboard to auto overclock my cpu, but now I've lost the ability for the chip to go up and down in speed depending on task, I tried enabling adaptive power, but it still sits at 4 regardless.

Is there a way to get the adaptive mode back on the motherboard OC?

Isn't it better to have the cpu go up and down with load instead of sitting at a certain number all the time? (I realize it's only a minor OC but still wondering)

I've replaced the motherboard between now and my last post and I think I used too much thermal paste.. which may reflect a bit in my cpu temps, but oh well.

most oc's sit at the setting they were meant to run at for stability reasons instead of being adaptive
