Is this a good Hackintosh build?

Hey. I'm building a new Hackintosh. It's my first Hackintosh build. I've built two windows PCs before. Anyway, I'm wandering if this build looks good for a hackintosh? Any compatibility issues? Also can someone recommend a cheap reliable psu? I already have the storage. I'll be doing some video editing & I'm wanting to put a virtual machine on it and do some light gaming. Any recommendations are appreciated! Thanks !

Support for the Maxwell cards is fairly limited, but it can be done. Follow the instructions in this link; the author is far more knowledgeable about the subject than I am:

However, you may want something a little more high end. The CPU is about as cheap as you can possibly go and you probably can't even get the memory running at DDR3-1866 without a better CPU like an i5-4460. The graphics card is decent, granted it'll be a little hassle to get it working. Don't forget that you need a CPU with integrated graphics in order to get a Maxwell card working as the link tells you.
