Get 16GB RAM instead of 8GB. Get a CM HAF series or Corsair C70 (better airflow). Get a EVGA GTX 780 (same price, more power, and PhysX). Win7 > Win8

Also, Xeon cpu's are known not to perfom as well as i5 and i7's in game.
