Is this a good its build? Will everything fit inside my chosen case?

Hello everyone, I've been looking to purchase and build a new system for class, work, gaming, media, pretty much everything. I'm located in Canada so prices will be in CAD and $1500 is around my limit.

My work involves CAD/CAM and CNC programming. Projects aren't huge, I don't think rendering times will be an too much of an issue.

I will be using this machine on a 1080p television for my media and occasional gaming, and on a 1080p monitor for work, class, and some more gaming. I won't be using both the monitor and tv at the same time, either one or the other. I don't think my television has display port, but I know it has hdmi for sure. Will using hdmi have any negative affect on quality/ fps compared to display port? If I get 60fps I will be happy.

The computer will also be used by my mother and sister. All our schedules are varied with classes and work so the it is expected to be running for several hours everyday. That is the reason why I want to include a really good power supply.

Cooling wise, I'm hoping the cpu cooler fits. It parts picker allows me to add it into the build, does that mean I'm safe? Also, I think the case only comes with a 120mm rear fan. The front has room for a big fan so I added a 200mm to act as an intake. Will those two be enough along with a cpu cooler be enough to keep temperatures acceptable? I do plan to OC the cpu, the gpu I am not too sure yet. I can always add one or two 120mm fans for intake on the top of the case if I can get some benefit with the added air.

Umm, not sure what other details to include. I will add anything I feel I missed or any details requested. Looking forward to the community's feedback, advise, optional builds etc. This will be first computer I will be building myself, and haven't bought a computer since I my last machine I'm now replacing.

EDIT: Does this motherboard come with a wifi thing (I'm sorry I cannot come up with the correct term at the moment)?
I don't think I can add one in right? I will look into a usb wifi adapter if needed.

Also, if I wanted to switch the i5 for the i7. As long as the cpu is LGA 1150 to match the motherboard any cpu will work?

I'm not so convinced that 760W is 'overkill'. Should be fine for this build unless they would like to save a bit of money and opt for the XFX650.

Actually, for a mini-itx build, it is a bit overkill.

OP: Made some changes to the build, where you were overpaying for components.

Thanks for finding a way to bring the price down a bit, I am thinking of going with the first build you posted. Also, if I decide to go with a 4790k instead of the 4690k, it still comes out to under $1500!

For the power supply, I was reading on the power supply tier list and thought going with one from the top tier would be best. But for $40 less, if the SeaSonic is just as good I'll go with it.
