Is this a good Minecraft & DayZ build?

Hey everybody, I have never built a PC before and I'm looking forward to building my first one. I'd like to know if this build can run Minecraft on high settings at 60-80 FPS? I would also like to know if it can run DayZ on Medium settings at 40ish FPS? Do you have any changes or tweaks? My budget is around 600$. Thanks

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cA0bEdxx7n0 this dude's gpu is weaker but he gets like 200-300FPS on minecraft (CPU intensive game)

And for dayz you should get a nice amount of FPS on high or maybe even ultra
