I found the Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Micro Atx Motherboard new for 60 dollars. Is this a good deal? Also is it good for my build?

It is a good motherboard, but doesn't really fit well with your k model i5. Either drop to a locked i5 like the i5 4460 or 4590 and get that motherboard or get a Z97 motherboard
