Is this a good mobo? Is there a better one for the same price/cheaper?

This is the mobo http://www.dabs.ie/products/gigabyte-970a-ud3p-amd-am3--970a-ddr3-atx-93LD.html. I'm throwing an AMD Fx-6350 in there so the mobo obviously needs to be an fm3+ socket. I can't spend anymore money than the price of that mobo.
