Is This A Good Monitor?

I can get this at NCIX for 135$ Flat after I price match it.
My mobo and gpu's are ASUS, so I dicided to go asus as well.
My budget is 140 to 150-max!

So is this a good Monitor?

Well it is a good monitor (ASUS), but depending what is your goal, for common use it is perfect.
