Is this a good monitor?

hello I am from a small town in India. dell st2220l and st2220m aren't available here. I managed to find dell p2211h for 7800INR here. is it a good monitor if you compare it to previously written monitors? my budget is 8000INR. Is there any better choice? note: I don't buy online.

It looks to be on par with the other two, display-wise, and might even be the same panel inside. The p2211h adds height, pivot, and swivel to the stand (the st2220l and st2220m only have tilt), and a USB hub. I don't know of a better choice that would be within your budget.
