Is this a good monitor?

So I have been searching for a cheap monitor for my gaming PC i intend to build. I came across the Acer G246HL which is a 24" Full HD monitor.

The resolution is fine: 1920 x 1080

But is a 5ms refresh rate ok for gaming? (will be playing games like Battlefield 4 + ArmA)

Basically is this a good enough monitor?

5ms is the panel's response time which isnt bad however not that great for a TN panel. the acer however has 2ms. here is the manufacturers site it has a refresh rate of 60hz . anyway it is enough for the casual gamer and since it also has minimum input lag you will be fine with gaming.it is good enough!
