[SOLVED] Is this a good motherboard for the i7-9700k?

I am planning on upgrading to an i7-9700k pretty soon and saw that most people recommended the ASRock Z390 Extreme4. I wanted to get some more feedback to see if this mb is truly the right choice for me. I can only spend about 150 on a motherboard so if you offer any other suggestions I would appreciate it if they were in that price range.

Current Build:

CPU: i5 7600k
Cooler: Dark Rock 4
Motherboard: Gigabyte H110-A
Case: NZXT 500i
RAM: Hyper X 16 gb ddr4
GPU: Gigabyte 2060 oc pro
PSU: EVGA GQ 850W

Yes, the ASRock Z390 Extreme4 motherboard will work with the I7 9700k.

Its not a top tier board, but it should be fine with the 9700k.

Hi lucasesquivel308! Yes! you have chosen a great configuration for your PC. I also suggest this ASRock Z390 Extreme4 is good for i7-9700k. But EVGA Z370 FTW, LGA 1151, Intel Z370 Motherboard can also be a good option also. But one thing I know to enjoy the i7-9700K, you must need a motherboard with a 300-series chipset, such as Z390.

The Gigabyte Z390 Elite is also great though may cost a little more but it has a great 12 phase VRM...
