MSI A78M-E35 FM2+ / FM2 AMD A78 (Bolton D3) I've read bad reviews about is it worth getting? Is it good quality?

Its tier 2 - should be OK.

MSI has bad quality control so while it might be a good board, it's probably going to come defective more than another company's motherboard would.
