For light gaming and watching movies online, you shouldn't need to OC your processor at all, so the third party CPU cooler is not necessary. Depending on the games you want to play, you may not need the discrete graphics card. I'd probably hold off on that purchase until you definitely know you need it. Not a big fan of your power supply but should be sufficient for your needs.
