Is this a good near 1000€ build?

Hey everyone, I have a couple of questions just to be sure about what I'm going for because it's my first time building a computer

Is there anything I should upgrade?
Can I use a graphics card bought from the US in Europe, because that would save a lot of money.. So pretty much, is there gonna be ANY regional locks or such I should know about before ordering nearly everything outside of the country, yet some things inside?

Oh yeah, the 850 pro looks great in the comparison, little pricy, but I think probably worth it.. Now, considering the regional stuff, anything I should be worried about?
