[SOLVED] Is this a good new setup?

Solution
Looking at making a new build in the next month or 2 but going to wait and see if GPU prices go down, just wanted to see opinions on my build and if I should change anything or could get similar parts for cheaper thanks.

The case and cooler will be a close fit from the specks 1mm of room left.
I would not buy a case with a glass front it really hurts cooling.

Start entering the Newegg shuffle to get a video card everyday.
They have a 3070ti today for 900 bucks.

Be flexible with your build in case you end up having to buy a card and board combo.

I'm sceptical of that CPU cooler. Might be great but haven't heard of it. Seek some reviews first. Try to get one from a more reputable brand. Also I'd encourage you to get a case fan from noctua, cooler master or Nzxt if you want silent operation because I have couple of deepcool 120 mm fans. Thing is they are sufficient but not the quieter ones. The bearing is meh. And most importantly if it was Intel your RAM is more than dope. But afaik AMD is picky on memories. It's still a great kit but try to get CL14 one if you can because I can't guarantee you this will happen but Linus recently told in his video that after Windows 11, CAS latency of memory might have significant impact. I mean if you haven't finalized the purchase, why not.
