So I'm buying my first gaming PC and I've been told it can run next gen games, on ultra at a high fps. Is this true, if not, any recommended improvements?

Oh crap, didn't see that 430W... You defiantly need to up that PSU to 550W at-least... Recommend a 600W with 80+ Rating.

I'm only using pcspecialist because I have no experience building my own PC and I don't want to take the risk of building my own.

I understand, but its pretty easy just watch couple of videos and instruction and not to overload yourself. Even if it breaks you can easily send it back.
PCSpecialist is a good service with 3 years of warranty but expensive on the VAT. Which is why I recommend building one.

I've been looking at PC part picker and with the price difference being only about £50, I might stick with PC specialist, mainly because of the warranty, free extras and having it built for me, Anyway thank you for the feedback on the PC and warning on the wattage!

One final question, when I say will this PC be able to run next gen, I mean, Could it run next gen, ultra at, at least 60 fps?

Yes, they should run smoothly, but I have a few suggestions:
1, Drop the liquid cooler, they offer no temperature decreases compared to high-end CPU coolers such as the Noctua NH-D14
2, I can assure you that you DO NOT need a Black drive. A regular Blue drive is okay
3, With the money saved, I would upgrade the PSU according to the PSU tier list

Western Digital Black Drives only has 1 or 2 platters which is why it last longer and faster but Blue drive is okay.

Now would be a good time to say that I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to building a PC, I'm more into the gaming than the actual components. What I'm trying to say is that the above statements don't make much sense to me. Sorry if I'm being a pain.

Power Supply Unit - To power your system. You only got 450W , and you need least a 700W - Which we said earlier. So change the "Power Supply CORSAIR 450W VS SERIES™ VS-450 POWER SUPPLY " to something 700W+

With regards to this power supply, PC specialist is say I need 450W, and you did say 600W and now your saying 700W, which one should I go with?

Cheers, if I was going to only have 1 hard drive, how much space would I need for gaming, and how many watts more/less

So say I had 1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1003FZEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm):
A)Would that be okay for gaming
B)Would I still only need 600 watts of power?
